Fully restored in 2008, l’Ourdissoir combines the best of both worlds, old and new. Dowstairs, the living area is designed for comfortable living while retaining the cachet of the original stone structure (exposed stone walls, old beams, local stone pavers) : a new, fully equipped* kitchen, spacious and inviting dining and sitting areas to be enjoyed during all seasons and where you can comfortably read (you wil find a selection of books and references) listen to music, watch TV or use your laptop (wi-fi access to high-speed brodband included).

Thanks to thick stone walls, double-glazed windows and state-of-the-art « green » pellet stove eating, the house remains cool in summer and warm in winter.
Up to 4 peoples
L’Ourdissoir is an ideal, private spot for honeymooners, a flexible house for a family (no small children, please) or a covenient gîte for two couples. The two bedrooms will easily accomodate up to four peoples: the larger one on the mezzanine upstairs has a queen-sized bed, while the smaller, downstairs, has a double bed, a WC and washbasin for your convenience. Upstairs the bathroom has a shower, separate WC, large washbasin and washing machine (hairdryer also provided). You will be able to dry your clothes on an outdoor clotheslines in the Povençal sunshine.
Outdoors, enjoy sun or shade, privacy or open views during all seasons, the cottage has its own private spaces, terraces and garden.
The plunge pool is just steps from your door, totally private and for your use only.
